Tokyo is preparing to get people out of harm's way in case North Korea fires missiles at the Japanese capital. Today's evacuation drill is the city's first. People huddled in a subway station and in the basement at an amusement park, while others ducked and covered their heads at a community center. Loudspeakers directed people to take shelter indoors or to go underground.
North Korea fired test missiles over Japan twice last year and test-launched intercontinental ballistic missiles that fell within 200 nautical miles of the Japanese coast.
